Lci: smooth well rounded. Maple really ties it together. Seems to have lost some of the bourbon barrel character over time.

Chocolade en gebrande koffie. Licht zoet. Koffie bitters in de afdronk. Verwarmend alcoholisch. Alles mooi in balans.

Stored waiting for 2021 as the pandemic closed down serving the last year. Well worth the wait! Dessert in a glass!

This is hella boozy. Definitely getting chocolate and bourbon but struggling to find any maple which has probably subsided with age. The aroma is great but I wanted a bit more complexity
