BS day 3. Thick fragrant coffee on first smell. Quite sweet vs. KBS. Very mellow melded flavors including dried fruits. Offers a sweet start, complex middle, and bitter finish. Sweetness is natural and mild. Extremely enjoyable. Simply a perfect beer.

Almost 3 years in the cellar and it's mellowed in a great way! Silky smooth and delicious but not too sweet!
