Very creamy, chocolatey, and some Bourbon. The coffee is past its prime and it has an old aftertaste to it. Maple still there though!

This is very sweet compared to other beers in style. Good balance of bourbon, coffee, chocolate, maple. Smell, look, mouthfeel, taste great!

Suprised how many times I've drank this and amount of bottles I have of it to never check it in only 2 more months and this wouldve been a year old the barrel has fallen extremely

Sweet and heavy, smooth and dark. Nice maple and coffee flavor and nicely boozy. Very tasty!!!

Lost some sweetness over the nearly 10 months of aging. Not bad, but I miss the maple taste.

Coffee mostly gone. Lots of dark fruit, black licorice. Sticky, creamy. Some barrel left. Think I'll put the rest in the fridge.
