Nice oak from the bourbon, subtle maple syrup/dark chocolate sweetness, and a toasty base. Really solid.

Ageing very gracefully, the chocolate is overtaking other notes now.

Let myself get TW'd into buying it thinking it was 2020... as with other 1 yr aged of this, less maple, more bourbon, still a touch of heat. Still good, but not what its supposed to be.

Maple has faded. Nice coffee and roasted malt flavor. Barrel influence is perfect, not over done still a good full body. Sadly this is my last bottle, such a full rich brew.

Sprängdfylltsmakbomb med alkohol! Spritig men samtidigt jäkligt len. Mörkrostat kaffe med en uns av vanilj och mandelmassa. En massa choklad och får en viss lönnsirap touch i eftersmaken! Grym!

Another terrific barrel-aged stout from Founders. Subtle maple and coffee comes through with the rich bourbon flavor. Too bad this is no longer in production.

Good night for a great stout. Get a nice touch of bourbon. With loads of roasted chocolate and a nice sweet kick from the maple syrup. Drinks very light for 11.3% an seems like it's a little thinner than the 2018. Still delicious!

Been aging long enough that you’d expect no alcoholic heat. Still a little present. Great flavor you come to expect from CBS.

Coffee fell off a little since it was bottled, but not too bad. I mostly get sweet chocolate, a little maple and bourbon notes. Always delicious.

My palette was very likely skewed due to other beers in this session. However, the delicious base KBS roundness came through with subtle sweetness.
