Cheers on TGiT !! Upnorth and felt fitting to pull a cellar maple 🍁 syrup brew yum 🤤 5 years and cellared well still delicious 🤤

Coffee prominent. Not much maple. Those earlier big bottles were special

Smooth bourbon cask aromas. Pours a dark brown head, rich body of bourbon and maple flavors, coffee and chocolate, sticky and creamy. Aged for an additional 4 years, last one of the series. Not really a summer beer, great all year long. Boozy finish!
