Chocolate, coffee, plenty of bourbon booziness. I feel like the maple didn’t come through as strongly as I remembered previously but it manages to find a balance of sweetness without going overboard.

A real meal and very heavy between the 11+% ABV and the chocolate, coffee, bourbon and maple syrup! Very good, put some hair on my chest.

Prepping for the Olympics. This has held up well and is going down waaaaaay too easy. Aged nicely. Very smooth. A little maple with plenty of coffee and chocolate.

Very tasty. The maple is subtle but noticeable initially along with a sweetness that passes and exposes the coffee and darker notes. More flavours develop as it warms a little. Boozy but still smooth.

Mama Mia! - Sweet upfront and boozy throughout. The chocolate, maple, and coffee come out once the booziness subsides. Another all time great. A good drink for making pasta sauce and sauerkraut.
