Mega bourbon nose. Super full. Roasted malt base that quickly is overwhelmed by Maple sweetness. Aftertaste is sweet with some vinous BA boozyness. Delicious!

So the Canadian had to come to Korea to try a CBS. Had to do it - happy it’s a small glass but so glad I finally got to check this one in! It’s effing great, eh??

Been a while since I’ve had a CBS. Solid stuff, but I feel like the maple has fallen off a bit. That or there’s just less maple than I remember.

3rd time having this. Last bottle. Found it a bit better than the one I tasted a year ago. Medium mouthfeel, some maple, subtle coffee notes and some chocolate . 4.15.
