I am having this right after another stout which wasn’t barrel aged… it’s hard to beat a nice barrel aged stout.

I don’t know how much maple I’m still getting, tastes like maybe not a ton, but it’s still a good stout, I’m enjoying it.

This is a perfect beer tonight to accompany some maple syrup roasted vegetables and BBQ brisket sandwiches. I do love this beer, in large part because the chocolate and maple flavors are of such high quality, so perfect, and so well-balanced. Stellar.
