Det var nyt for mig. Gose brygget med agave plus grapesaft. Fadlagret på tequilafade. Jeg var vældig skeptisk, men det virker forbløffende godt. Fadlagringen tilføjer dybde og rundhed til smagen, som virkelig klæder den.

Aroma is surprisingly caramelly and malty, like a Trappist ale. Flavour is sweet and sour, there’s some grapefruit, some caramel. It’s a bit drying. Thick. Nice.

Man, I REALLY like this beer even tho it’s not what I normally drink. Im getting a sour citrus flavor. Heidi says juicy and tart. Grapefruit/citrus for sure. Maybe “juicy.” This is one I’d search out to have more of. Well done, Founders.

Een fantastische sour. Na een heerlijk rondje sauna. Zwemmen in een privébad. Top. Morgen in de herhaling. Wat een smaken. Grapefruit niet te aanwezig. Subtiele tonen van Tequila en agave. Het zeezout zorgt voor de extra bite. Dikke prima.
