Beautiful light ruby color, creamy head of tiny nitro bubbles. deep, smooth strawberry sweetness - not tart raspberry.

First off, they’re playing Tool. Fuckin’ a. Also this beer is metal. I’ve had Rubæus before but it’s way better on nitro. The only thing that could have made this better is if they were playing Ænema.

It tastes like a tart cloud! This is right up my cutie’s alley, which is why he ordered it. How nice of him to give me a little taste!

Fruit forward, but the nitro cuts out the tartness you’d expect. There’s a metallic end to it - think of that lingering flavor you get from chewing on fresh raspberries. Not unpleasant, but notable. Very drinkable, light and crushable.
