Great raspberry nose, rich full flavor. Great after a meal

It’s been a while since I’ve had one of these! After redoing the driveway and sidewalk from the drifting snow and -2 windchill I needed something to warm me up. This worked perfectly! Tart raspberry and tequila, very tasty!

You can certainly taste the tequila flavor. And raspberry. Never had the Blushing Monk. This is the barrel aged version. For what it is though it is great.

This was interesting. Didn’t taste to much tequila but went down like a fruity soda. If you want interesting take on beer this is it.

Shaved New York Strip pairs well. Tequila barrel adds nicely to the monk.
