Albert inspired me to try this after his prickly pear jam. I never knew the power of prickly pear until now! 🌵🍐

I love these mad agaves so I am partial. This one is sweeter than the norm but still a delight. There is a cloying syrupy nature to it from the extract but I like it.

I'm literally not kidding when I say this is a 5/5 beer. A must try. So sweet, not overly tart, tastes boozy. So crushable

Crazy good mouthfeel on this. Love prickly pear and tequila. Thanks Phil!

Super yummy. Might be too sweet for some. You can taste the salt, but it just intensifies the flavor - like adding salt to cookies.

Amazing! So many flavors it's hard to describe. It starts out with a bit of a syrupy quality (if that's a word) but finishes crisp and clean. Fantastic gose! We both loved it.

Added about a shot worth of Adictivo Anejo. Whew that's a nice little addition. Barrel is now present. Just an amazing combination.

Absolutely delicious beer that tastes more like a wine or fruit juice than a traditional leipzig gose or wheat beer. Very good

I’ve been waiting for a while to try this one, and it did not disappoint. I just can decide if it is more sweet or tart. Just a really good balance. Perfect for toasting the weekend. Cheers everyone!
