This is a real kicker... doesn't seem to have aged at all... feels like it could age forever... rustic, funky and complex. Not for everyone but I can dig it.

Always knew this would be a snow beer but damn! From 2018 and will still knock you down! Super bourbon smell and flavor, boozy, maple like sweetness. Man, KC or Buffalo could use one of these bad boys to warm up for wild card weekend!

Sweet, warming, rich, and good. Cedar, maple, vanilla notes. So well-balanced

Bourbon is much stronger now, after 5 years. Maple sweetness is much less now. Much more balanced now. Head still ok.

(2018) THT 13/08/19. Geur veel bourbon, wat caramel/toffee, wat moutig, iets ontbijtgranen, iets hout, wat vanille. Sm sl aan, zoet, vol, erg droppig; Engelse drop, wat kokoswielen ook, iets salmiak, iets boozy, iets melasse, droppig en ietsie droge afdr.

Excellent sipper. Notes of caramel, maple, burbon, malt and hops. Sweet on the pallette with plenty of complexity and a good abv kick that is pretty smooth

C’est très le sirop d’érable ! Extrême en tout, mais on a tout ce qui est annoncé. On reconnaît même le style « old ale » derrière le sucre, l’alcool, le sirop d’érable et le bourbon.

Aged ale mine bottled 17tSept18. Dark slightly brown with a gold head. Full on at first but smoothed as it breathed and heated.. oakey bourbon flavour up front and finish with a sweet maple taste that smoothed out the warming boozy hit of 12.7abv. Good be
