Dang this aged well!! Smells of molasses and southern sweet tea. A bit of bourbon barrel up front then sweet caramel and brown sugar with a hint of bitter finish

Super sweet - more like a dessert beer. Not bad drinking but very different from most other beers

A cellar dive tonight, & a fantastic one at that! Some of the maple syrup has faded a bit, but it’s still there, & more of the molasses, toffee, funk, stone fruit & roasted nuts shine through more now that the maple syrup has less of a pronounced role.

Caramel, raisins, maple syrup and bourbon. Sweet with lingering bourbon presence which is balanced nicely with maple syrup. Brilliant beer,pure enjoyment

So, it looks like I’ve had this before. I kinda feel like I’m cheating, but to be fair the bottle does say bottled on 08.27.18. And I’m still not sure how I feel about this beer! Sticky and tastes like a boozy barleywine. I certainly can not drink much!

I've been up for almost 4 hours now its Easter and theres molasses and maple syrup involved. I have no idea where I got this 750 but found it again while moving. Leather tobacco fruitcake. Maple has faded a bit. Still plenty of bourbon. Solid.

Deep amber/brown; rocky tan head; maple; toffee; vanilla; bourbon; oak; raisin; plum; toasted almond; subtle leather; alcoholic warmth; full-bodied; moderate+ bitterness.

Den här tror jag vann på att få ligga till sig ett par år. Fortfarande ganska mäktig, men smakerna känns mer integrerade. Lönnsirap/bourbon/malt vävs snyggt ihop. Alkoholen väl dold.
