More difficult to taste the maple syrup this time. On the sweet side but maybe with a bit of tang (molasses).

Bottled 8/21/18. Sweet, boozy nose. Sweetness upfront that blends into a sweet molasses body. Strong but not overbearing. The aging really took to bite out of it. Not much barrel flavor left but damn it’s smooth. Better with age for sure. Just incredible.

Quite boozy with little sweetness. I previously rated 4.25. Possibly this bottle was not kept properly at the store or else it just has not aged well. No rating this time.

Stellar find. Only one Binnys in Willowbrook had this and we probably won’t see it around here again. Bought all 5 4packs.

Boozy, vanilla nose. Rich, caramel roasted malt. Boozy, barrel flavor. Smooth. Caramel, vanilla, light maple finish. Great BA old ale. 8.14.18 bottle

Been aging for a while. Dropped off some boozy components, added some sweeter ones. Little bit more honey and molasses.
