Deep brown pour, foamy brown head. Aroma like a chocolate-covered raisin, with vanilla, caramel and oak. Taste follows, delicious rich and full, tons of coffee.

Coffee forward and nutty. It is a little boozy with oak and bourbon notes. Very well formed and balanced . Warm going down.

Jeg kan virkelig godt lide et bourbonfad - altså selvfølgelig - men med sådan en brown ale på steroider bliver det også næsten ved det. Sgu lidt kedeligt med et fad, der spiller mur op af et lagen, der hænger til tørre i solen.

Celebration with one from the top shelf, poured at room temperature. Bottled in 2019. Outstanding imperial brown ale, with surprisingly freshly poured coffee notes.
