Bottled 2 years ago. Mellowed and has a bitter note I don't recall being there before. Still quite tasty.

It took a couple years, but the booze mellowed out. That lets the coffee & chocolate come through very nicely. Tastes of graham cracker & creamy vanilla remind me of some s’mores by the campfire w/ a cop of KY coffee to wash it down
