More dark roasted malt forward than 2017. And it lingers on the tongue longer... Delicious just different than 2017

4.8 or 4.85. Honestly much better than the 2020 I had earlier. Though aging probably helped. And still have another in the pantry :D

More chocolate and coffee flavor this year. Nice balance. More bourbon flavor as it warms up. Vanilla. Caramel. Roasty. Slightly sweet. Bitter. Boozy. Thick. Dark. Strong. Smooth. Delicious.

The coffee has really come alive! Coffee forward with a dark chocolate finish. I consider this optimally aged.

Starting a string of Kentucky Breakfast Stouts over the next few nights beginning with the classic. Still one of the best bourbon barrel stouts.

Klenod från Nils B. Ölgömma. Inbillar mig att chokladnitterheten får lite mer utrymme och vaniljen blivi mer rund. Len och god stout!

Definitely enjoying the aged versions of the beers more than current ones. Bourbon fades and all flavors start to shine.

Coffee shining even more after a couple years of cellaring. Just a darn tasty beer.
