Nu voor de 3e keer in mijn glas en nog steeds een topper. Wat wil je nog meer aan smaak hebben? Denk precies het bier zoals ik het lekker vind. Mooi in balans, koffie met een extra smaak wat heerlijk blijft hangen.

After 6 years, the chocolate is very prominent. The bourbon and booziness is less prominent.

Bit of bourbon and booziness in aroma. Very smooth and easy to drink for high abv. Coffee, chocolate, bourbon. With Easton.

30 years ago Colorado “Buffalo Stomped” Notre Dame to claim a National Championship! I cheered Ralphie then and as I prepare to move back to the Great State of Texas I leave drinking this awesome beer and giving a Mile High Salute!

Poured it mostly in a glass and some in a bowl over pistachio ice cream. The ice cream is phenomenal with this poured on it!
