Been aging this bad boy for over a year, and it’s as fantastic as always. Roasted barley on the first sip, after 3 sips chocolate takes over. Hints of coffee and oak. Doesn’t get much better. Chewy, malty, caramel, beautiful. 5.

Had this back in Apr 2019 up in Detroit. It's still a 5/5. Very coffee forward.

See previous reviews. The last of the '18ers & mellowed well with most flavors still evident. Aged much better than recent Goose Island Bourbon County brand stouts.

I literally said whoa and grasped at my non-existent pearls. Damn that's a beer.

Freaking hilarious. Basically the same picture from the last check in Wednesday night just almost 3 month later. Drinking the same fantastic.

Aged really nicely. Not syrupy which makes it very nice.

From a 750mL. Has some age on it and still awesome. As advertised: good for everything a stout ought to be good for.

Lost a good friend & co-worker today, so I’m pulling one out of the aging fridge. RIP, Brian…
