Okay, so 3 years is too long for a KBS. How do they bottle this stuff? Drink them fresh or don’t drink them at all.

Chocolate has faded. Mostly strong coffee, bourbon, and boozy. Still fairly smooth. Smells a bit like an ash tray so added tobacco to the profile. I don't think this has aged well. No rating. Might not finish it.

Last one I had. First half of the bomber was super bourbon-forward, the second half seemed richer and smoother.

So light for a porter. Smooth finish and a hint of peppermint.

This is stupid good. Smooth, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, char. Also nice to be back at Trapp Door.

Smooth and soft mouthfeel. Rich flavours of chocolate and coffee. Finishes with a deep but gentle aftertaste of bourbon and mocca. Hints of dustyness and madeira. Delicious.
