I don’t know, to me it seems Founders in not even a trace of what it used to be. Not a bad beer by any means, but tastes uncharacteristically unbalanced and simply unimpressive. Only thing I look forward to nowadays is their CBS.

Coffee is smooth, along with chocolate and some oaky notes. Bourbon is kind of hidden though.

Was expecting this to be a return to the world class KBS well. It’s not bad at all, but i feel like I’ve had this already. Noticeable chocolate and coffee but also very boozy. Tasty but not delicious.

Intense espresso, roasty, dark chocolate, creamy, but not full-bodied, some barrel notes but bourbon isn't that present. Nice

Mocno kawowe, wytrawne, delikatna beczka. Ogolnie fajne, inne niż dzisiejsze slodziak. Bardzo fajne

Big beer @ 12% ABV with big coffee taste. Aroma has hints of vanilla. Not super boozy even though it's barrel aged. I REALLY like this one!

Strong Coffee flavor really cuts thru everything which creates a good balance for it being 12% abv

Definitely would have benefited with some time on the shelf. Boozy with a lot of bitter and sweet chocolate and coffee.
