Another good bourbon barrel aged stout with a rich espresso taste and a strong lingering bourbon after finish. Strong alcohol taste throughout.

The Founders Advent calendar got back on track in a big way for Pearl Harbor day. Coffee & bourbon topped off with espresso beans makes for one of their better offerings. The ABV is considerable, but not overpowering.

Bottled on 10.15.20. Way better than Maple Mac IMO. Still have three variants left... really not thinking anything can beat this

Last one from the Nov. 2019 batch. 49 months is too much. Very smooth with barely any alcohol presence. Barrel notes very mellow, mostly caramel sweetness. Bitter cocoa and plenty of roasted coffee. Much less body than anticipated.

Coffee over coffee with an extra of coffee... and a bit of chocolate. Tasty, but I was expecting creamier.
