1 3/4 y.o. bottle. Dark chocolate is the dominant flavor at this point, followed by vanilla, caramel, toffee, and espresso. Mild raisin, moderate alcohol presence - in a welcoming way, medium-full body, bittersweet. Bourbon has subsided.

Very strong bourbon, hot. Coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla, roasted nuts. Lingering coffee /chocolate, dry aftertaste.
