Pretty good. Chocolate, coffee and booze. Can't believe I haven't tried this before.

Good, but not as good as previous years. We’ll let the other bottle I have sit in the cellar and see if it’s better in a year or two.

Close second on my favorite BA stouts (BCBS is first). The chocolate comes out more as this warms and balances the bourbon.

Such a severely overrated beer. This shouldn’t even be a 4.00 average. It’s past notoriety is the only reason this has such a high average rating. Bitter. No barrel flavor whatsoever.

Wow. Nice n deep. This beer is a classic of course. Dark. Chocolate. And loadssss of coffee!

This is not at all what I remember from the past few years. Not thrilled, but still a decent stout.

Not impressed this year. Always enjoy having it each year but it’s not the same feeling and desire as the earlier years.

Silky and delicious. Excellent balance of roasty coffee, semisweet chocolate, and bourbon that warms but doesn't overwhelm.

More chocolate and less bourbon than I remember from previous years. This is not a bad thing. Still has a little heat. Roasty coffee and cocoa. Yum.

Really good blend of coffee, chocolate, oak, bourbon, a hint of char, raisin and fig flavors.
