Vintage 2017 Doom! Still tasting very good after a few years. The bourbon notes are strong and balanced! They can bring this beer back anytime. 🍻

nose of bourbon barrel at get go than a bold hoppiness with bourbon and boozy sting to the mouth that kicks! And very tasty after aging for years.

Well, here we go…… That’s surprising. The hops are still there. Really smooth. Bourbon is pushing throughout but is more balanced. Aged very well.

Reached into my deep storage! A little over 3 yrs old. The hop bitterness is still there, although a tad subdued, along with some sweet malt with vanilla/coconut notes from the barrel aging. Very good!!!!

Good notes that remind me of what this beer used to be, but I don’t think an ipa from 2017 was meant to see 2023. 3.5 out of 5 today.

En Imperial IPA som er lagret på Bourbon fade. Der er masser af sødme og en kraftig og lækker krop. Den bliver ved med at fylde, og man nyder hver mundfuld.
