Maple fudge brownie period this beer was delicious worth every penny. If you take CBS and KBS and blend them together you get this beer. Absolutely delicious and the maple is well blended

Fudgy chocolate brownie flavor and sweetness. Dark and smooth with a thicker body. Nice bourbon barrel boozyness with roasty bitter coffee notes. Not getting any maple.

The original is still better, however this has a heavy emphasis on chocolate with a bit of Maple to it like you'd get from CBS. Worth a try if you like KBS, if not I don't think it'll win you over.

4.375. Really pleasantly surprised by how reasonable this was. All the best parts of KBS with a restrained balance of additional sweetness. Actually added depth as opposed to just another pastry stout.
