Held up wonderfully. The barrel is subdued but so much fudge and maple.

More chocolate than anything else initially. As it warmed, the maple became more prominent and the barrel became detectable. Super smooth and decadent fudge without being over the top.

4.3。ミルクチョコレートのような甘い香りが強く、口に含むとカカオ感の強いウェハースチョコのような甘さやほろ苦さ、余韻にバーボン感が漂う。酒感と甘さが絶妙にマッチした味わいをしており、元のKBSを更にこってりマイルドにした感じ。ただバランスを考えるとABVをあと2%ほど上げて液体に重さがつけば本当にパーフェクトなスタウトになっていたと思う。

Great brew. Very smooth considering it's 11% alcohol. I really can't taste the maple but the fudge comes thru.

Not gonna lie this is probably the most chocolate I’ve ever got from a stout that says chocolate a bit thin but everything is present. Well done

기본적으로 kbs 베이스에, 꾸덕한 초콜릿, 브라우니의 캐릭터가 혀를 강타. 특히나 먹고 나서 입안을 감도는 그 초코초코함이 확실히 이전의 드라이하면서도 까끌까끌한 오리지널과는 확연히 다른 모습을 보인다. 온도가 올라가면 첫 모금에 커피향이 보다 살아나는 느낌이며, 좀 더 둥글둥글 어우러지는 캐릭터가 강조되는, 역시 최상급의 임스.
