This was great. Perfect balance of sweet malt, fruit, and sourness. Great body very approachable and very beautiful pour. The only thing you could do to make this better is cellar it

Great beer hid the ABV remarkably well good malty character on top of a perfect layer of caramel malt good thickness and mouthfeel stone fruit on nose with chocolate. Overall no complaints.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2022)
I have always thought regular KBS is the best (and espresso) and this still lives up to that. It's still great but it seems to have gotten thinner. Those barrel characters aren't what they used to be imo.

This year tastes much sweeter than others. It's good but it's not what I know and love hopefully a 2 year timeout will help this beer chill out.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021)
This did it. Lay this in your cellar so long you have to buy a fucking headstone for it and I'm sure it will be legendary. Amazing malt on utopias sweet molasses and raisin like character on the stout makes this hit perfect. Great barrel tones.

Dark malt, light coffee, nice lactose notes, hint of sweet marshmallow, slightly thin bodied, session able easy drinker. Slightly toasty but it's subtle.

Solid stuff a bit darker than my taste for barleywine but still very good very boozy and very much its own taste

The initial smell... WOW. Amazing smell along with such a beautiful look! This beer has a true cherry taste the barrels used were kick ass and the smoothness is deadly. Pick this beer up have it with some pasta and thank me later.

Not as good as the V version however still amazingly good. No doubt in my mind this beer stands strong against many stouts.

this is a near perfect dessert beer the tase of the cake is there along with the icing, its sweet but it dosent cake your mouth in sugar its also not thick its pretty thin and smooth is very easy to down and party for a birthday.
