Fudge for days, but the barrels and especially the maple, are mostly a rumor.

A spicy fudge coffee. More coffee bitterness than expected. A subtle sweetness is way in the background. Bottled 10/27/20. Curious to see how it ages and flavors meld. Still has the oak aged feel. Flavors still abrupt and needs aging.

Very coffee forward. Lots of fudge-y goodness on the backside. This one will fill you up and keep you toasty over the holidays.

Super chocolatey and tons of coffee. Bourbon is surprisingly lacking and body is a little thin. Still good though.

Vind hem overgewaardeerd. Gisteren vergeten in te checken. Zo snel was ik deze al vergeten. Waar is de maple? Waar is de fudge? Niet zoet en dik genoeg. Jammer. Zo veel van verwacht.

Bourbon and fudge on the nose. Coffee, barrel and maple follow. Finishes with rich dark chocolate. Great variant.
