I’m a fan of pastry stouts lately, but this one’s a little too sticky sweet. Given the relatively high price for a 4-pack, gotta say I’m now skeptical of trying the rest of the KBS line.

Very strong chocolate notes. Felt hair growing on my chest and liver spots on my head form when I drank it. Decent stuff.

A little watery for me, okay flavour but not enough layers and not nearly enough decadence for a beer with maple and fudge in the name.

like a chocolate liquor with a bit of bite and fizz. Not so thick or syrupy as some other chocolate beers I’ve tried.

Six bucks a bottle. Fudged. Chocolate. Coffee. Bourbon in the nose. Slightly in the taste. #SmashThePastryarchy

No doubt very flavorful but I feel like I'm just getting a bigger, bolder regular KBS and not the maple chocolate bomb I see others checking in. Rich and satisfying but nothing mind blowing.

All maple, no fudge unfortunately. I waited and waited. It warmed and warmed. Maple and coffee completely masked the fudge and barrel. Was hoping it would be better. My opinion.

The coffee notes were a bit too much IMO, otherwise this would’ve been better.

Let it warm up for sure. Liquid brownies. Lots of thick chocolate. Maple bourbon at the end, bit not very boozy for 11%

Lots of chocolate and coffee up front and maple plays in the background. Over all a good beer but didn’t blow me away.

Ruined a good beer chasing trends and profits..just fudge and no maple and bourbon lost totally...
