Sindsygt kompleks duft. Dybde og komplexitet i smag. 4 år gammel Nydebajer

Last of the 2017. Can't wait to see what solstice brings me on Monday!

Not too heavy for a barrel aged beer. Thanks Bert M.

My last one! Damn, still good after all this time!

Huhei. Best før 01.08.19? Neppe!

Starting to falloff for sure. Not as good as it was fresh.

Found in the back of a fridge. Smells like soy sauce and HP sauce, lots of sediment. Probably not representative.

Definitely smoother after 4 years. I’ll have to start aging another batch. 😃

Damn this shit is good, just have to age it from 2 to 4 years and it hits its peak! Thanks Lisa!

Never tried an ale aged on bourbon barrels before. Very nice, but next time I want to try the fresher 2020 version, I feel like the vanilla has faded.

On tap. Aged very well. Much more barrel flavor than I remember when I had it fresh.

Time has not been good, Sour, boozy in the taste, rum and raisins in the aroma

Caramel, dried fruits, vanilla and oak, with a healthy dose bourbon. Sweetness. Mellowed peat and hops, seriously going BW. 😎 Vintage 2017(.07.20)
