Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA (2023) B
Bought a 4-pack and trying one each year. This is my second year. Honestly don’t remember what it was like last year but right now it is super nice. BBA barleywine-ish with a little something extra. More floral, a touch boozier, but super smooth.

That is some serious hazelnut. The wifey loves it but I am a little less excited by hazelnut. Well done either way.

Super smooth with a restrained sweetness (certainly for a wheat wine) and a lovely maple/barrel mix. Super tasty.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) B
Rich chocolate with boozy bourbon vanilla in the mix. Cinnamon is on the milder side and is well blended, never overbearing. Just enough to remind you it is there. Super tasty.

Held up pretty well all things considered but definitely veering toward the cardboard side of things at this point. Don’t sit on your big beer forever folks.

Easy drinking. Light Sour with a touch of finishing salt. Tastes like raspberry to me :shrug:

Huge chocolate and vanilla. Vanilla is a little “extracty” at first but mellows as it warms. Coffee shows in the finish. Yum.

Super interesting. About as close to a cocktail as a beer could get. Feel like I am in a speakeasy about to break out my Charleston.

So rich and creamy. Decadent really. Huge chocolate/fudge and solid barrel. Tasty.

Vanilla seems a little artificial but that may just be dissonance caused by flavor/color confusion.
