August 2018 dated bottle. Sweet, rich, a little malty with a warm smooth finish of bourbon and maple notes. One of the best cellar aged brews I've had in a while.

2018 vintage. Hops age out quite a bit so sweetness takes over. Still good bit better younger.

I know this is a great beer. My Covid from Dec is still messing with my taste buds. Not as flavorful as I remember

DDM au 13/08/19. Old but gold. Rien que la mousse suinte le Bourbon. Nez boisé, raisin sec, Bourbon. Même constat aromatique en bouche. C'est incroyablement bon, rond mais pas trop, riche, d'une justesse indécente, d'un équilibre fou. C'est juste magique.
