DDM au 13/08/19. Old but gold. Rien que la mousse suinte le Bourbon. Nez boisé, raisin sec, Bourbon. Même constat aromatique en bouche. C'est incroyablement bon, rond mais pas trop, riche, d'une justesse indécente, d'un équilibre fou. C'est juste magique.

Bottle from 2018. Deep rich maple with alot of vanilla from the bourbon barrel. Got alot smoother over the years and the high abv is not notable.

Very sweet on the hit but just avoids the edge of cloying. Buttery on the sides of tongue. Warm on the roll off without getting whacked by bitterness or alcohol. But only drink ONE.

22DEC20 -12.7% ABV. Super interesting beer. Pours a very deep brown/orange. Tastes sweet, like maple syrup it’s brewed with and maybe some orange. Feels thick and oily. Leaves a lasting sweet aftertaste. I really enjoyed sipping this one.
