Beervent day 8. A little bit of dessert in a bottle. the raspberries and chocolate make for a good stout.

Very disappointed. Not a good beer. Tastes like really burnt dark chocolate and fake raspberry syrup. Down the drain it went.

Flavors almost jump out of the glass! Malty, with a roasted coffee nose. Sweet, tart raspberries hit first and finishes with bitter dark chocolate. This is deLuscious!

A bit sweet for me, a definite desert beer. Seriously black with dark brown head. Chocolate, raspberry, roasty maltiness. Impressive.

It’s not bad. I like the different flavor that this brings. It’s kind of strong though. Almost like a tart sour with chocolate. Which sounds good but tastes alright. Maybe 2 pack. Village Bottle Shop and Tasting Room Advent Calendar 2020 Day#7

Nose of inviting dark chocolate, semi saccharine berry penetrating high in sinus, n oil. Mouth semi granular mix of same evoking bitter flavored chocolate. Modest roast, slightly thin, ~artificial raspberry dominance overrides a mellower but better beer

Vooral veel zoet fruit(framboos/kers) Had iets meer body mogen hebben. Is nu wat dun. Drinkt wel lekker weg maar 1 flesje is meer dan genoeg.

Great aroma, good punch of raspberry and chocolate. Raspberry borders on medicinal, like the raspberry version of a cherry cordial. Great dessert beer.

A beautiful mix of malty dark chocolate and acidic fruity raspberry flavors. Very thick full mouthfeel, and slightly boozy on the back end. This one’s a sipper.
