Laissée réchauffer une bonne heure, et je crois que c'est la chose à faire avec cette bière qui madérise lentement mais sûrement. La chaleur fait ressortir le sirop d'érable et le sucre. Elle en a encore à donner!

Cleaning out the cellar. Holding up rather well. Maple is much for subdued and doesn’t present near as sweet as I recall. I wouldn’t hold onto this much longer though.

Aging has done this well! Very smooth not too sweet with coffee and lots of chocolate on the front end. Delicious! Thanks Tyler!

Mae is muted a bit with age, an oaky chocolate and mild coffee finish. Always delicious

I’ve heard this doesn’t age too well, so I can’t imagine what it’s like fresh because this is just phenomenal. A beautiful, beautiful drink in which I will take my sweet time on. Medium body, not much maple sadly but lots of coffee, dark choc and bourbon

I’d say this is a fantastic one to break the Kroger pause! Surprised by the sweetness in this, more mellow booze and very smooth

Cellar aged for 3 years or so. Better than when it was fresh. Less sweet, more bitterness.

My “the last of my Mountie bottles” beer. I miss that guy. Time hasn’t hurt this at all. Just as satisfying as the first time...in the taproom...during the BBTE!

The Mounty will be missed, but I must admit that the horse appears to be ecstatic, happy and free from the weight of man. Thank you for sharing TC. SAD YET DELICIOUS!
