So sweet and viscous and rich you’d think you were Augustus Gloop drowning in the chocolate river. So glad to finally crack this with friends in SB 2021!

Ooo this is where I like this one, subtle sweetness melts into the bitter coffee twang, nice barrely heat medium high, dry finish

This has held up incredibly well. Maple and coffee are on point. Super smooth and well balanced. CBS no longer has the hype it used to but it's still an amazing beer.

Oh mommma.. smooth, not much coffee but def. Carmel and chocolate.. wowza.. aged 4 years to perfection. Slightly chilled

If you still have a bottle, let it warm. Upon opening, you notice some oxidation and an aroma of dark fruit. As it warms, the dark fruit subsides to coffee and chocolate. Flavors showcase a warm booziness with dark chocolate and vanilla. Excellent

Aged so beautifully. Deep bites of raisin, cocoa nibs and vanilla. If you still have a bottle in the cellar now is the time to drink.

Drinking in December of 2021. Chocolate and maple is prominent. Coffee is subtle. Very smooth.
