Feel like the maple fell off but its still smooth...chocolate..little BA.

Similar to the 18 I had recently. Still get decent amount of maple contrary to what many had said about aging this.

Coffee has faded a bit. Maple is still present but is muted. Bourbon character still present. Overall even after 3 years this beer is still awesome.

Oct17-Nov20, cojonuda, nada que ver con la de barril del bbf, pero no ha ganado mucho con la maduracion, asi que probablemente no merezca la pena la guarda.

Held up surprisingly well. Dark chocolate & maple sweetness. It’s a little warm for only 11.7%.

The aging tempered the sweetness. Less maple, more bourbon/vanilla. Still at 4.75

I love CBS. Second to last of this vintage and it's probably my favorite. But it was steak night and on steak night you get out the fancy beers.

Lives up to the hype. Super smooth, Vanille, Lakritz, Schokolade. Absolut top in allen Kategorien. Und nur zwei Jahre abgelaufen.

This was delicious fresh 3 years ago, had this one in the cellar waiting to share with the same 2 ppl Iast had it with. Still tasty now but much smoother. Think I prefer it fresh.

Aged 3 years and well worth the wait! Incredibly smooth, delicious coffee with a subtle albeit very tasty maple flavor. Dark chocolate in this too and it’s fantastic.

Had to knock down this badboy by myself to put me over 12000 calories for the day. Pretty mellow and after three years.

Letzte Flasche. Passiert. Maple, leicht rauchig, Eiche, Vanille, Storck Riesen, leicht wärmend, zartbitterschoko, dann karamellsüß, am Ende kakaobittere und Holz. Körper Mittelbreit. Hat nicht viel eingebüßt, super rund. Groß.
