Found a single bottle at a cheese shop. Aging phenomenally! Chocolate, caramel luscious BA notes (vanilla; (coffee)). Great finish, but everything is mellow & delicious. BA is central. Hides 12% quite well.

Vintage 8/2019. This one poured kinda murky, possible broken seal? Either way it faded most of the barrel. Dark chocolate, almond skin, and breakfast coffee remained. Still a hell of a Brown, but just not aged well enough.

Två års lagring. Tydligt bourbonfat, choklad, kaffe, choklad, torkad frukt, kryddor och skönt värmande alkohol. Balanserad, fyllig och komplex. Tror lagringen gjort gott, det här är riktigt bra.

The pour is dark, deep, heavy white head. The nose is brown bitterness and a good amount of roasted coffee notes. Fantastic year, the barrel adding depth and complexity to the brew. A fantastic outing in barrel-aged brown goodness.

Ya'll got it wrong. This is really good. Smooth cascades of coffee with touches of cream. Hints of woodiness, cinnamon, and sweetness. The balance here is pretty great. Can see age helping this smooth out to what it is here.

Disappointed this is my last bote of this. This has help up extremely well. Great coffee and bourbon flavor.

Koffie vanille en bourbon in de neus. De smaak is zachter en meer samen gesmolten van een paar jaartje in de kelder. De koffie en bourbon blijven de dominante tonen. Vanillemout cocolade op de achtergrond

Last bottle i had from 2019. I can see this aged awesome. It goes from wood caramell to a cognac. Sweet comolex coffeeish. Bitter roasted coffee beans. Warms. Boozy. Strong.

Ripened for 4 years. Very full and complex flavour. Toasted malts, coffee, light chocolate, peat, light ash, bourbon, wood, vanilla. Very heavy, boozy, maybe a bit too much. Not too sweet, quite sticky though. Creamy texture, slight tannin astringency.
