15-3, 8yr, 2mo o. Vertical: 16-13. Much more mellow vs. 2016 rn. Muted, Creamy cocoa. Less carbonation and light on barrel notes. Notes of toasted almond coming out. Nice.

Delicious. Beer has thinned out, but the flavors are still there. Nice oak and vanilla with a hint of coffee and chocolate.

Aging has definitely impacted this one. The flavor is way less pronounced 8 years later, but you still get some of the coffee bean bitterness. Not bad.

Well, I'm gonna say 8 years is WAY to long to let this sit. The flavor has fallen off so much. Not worth opening imo.

Still good notes of chocolate, coffee and Bourbon, but may have aged a bit too long. Tasted 'thin' compared to 18 to 36 months of aging. Still very good, had higher expectations
