Great way to start off Christmas morning. Pulled from my stash of aging brews, this one still has plenty of flavors going strong.

Cellared for over 10 years. Still really good despite having minimal carbonation. Good flavor of coffee and chocolate.

Aged 12 years. Flat now. Coffee fell out. Chocolate. Okay.

Such a treat to try this vintage. At this point, very malt forward, smooth and creamy. Less chocolate and coffee and more vanilla and licorice, which is awesome

This is a great beer fresh or even aged a few years. 10 is too much sadly…. I wonder how many years ago this lost its carbonation????

stale and old and terrible and gross. I can't tell if there's any racism in here yet.

The carbonation is not there, but the coffee is, which somewhat surprised me. This has held up well.

For 8 years old it still has a decent coffee taste. Was waiting for the higher octane! But tastes the same just with less punch.

Another one I had no business keeping for so long. It held up pretty well considering, really oxidized, but some of that port or sherry type of oxidation. I don’t hate it. Man I’m a hoarder.

Held up very well, a bit oxidized but still a coffee chocolate punch.

I’m sure this was good back when it was supposed to be drank, definitely fell off 8 years later...

This has held up well. Not too oxidized and what is blows off after warming up.
