Cellared for over 11 years. Minimal carbonation. Raisiny, caramel and a little astringent on the finish. Past its prime. Not very good.

Palo Santo Marron (2013) Hyatt

Cellared for over 11yrs. No carbonation, but is now more wine-like. Slightly smokey with subtle band-aid. Caramel on the finish.

Cellared for 11 years. Minimal carbonation. Smooth flavors of molasses, orange and honey. Better than a bottle of the same vintage drank previously in the past year.

Cellared for 10.5yrs. Minimal carbonation, but who needs it with this beer. Smooth, no bitterness. Tasted like a light barleywine.

Cellared for 10.5yrs. Weird flavors of fusil alcohols, medicinal chocolate and slight bandaid.

Cellared for over 10.5yrs. Unfortunately past it’s prime. No carbonation. Complex fruitiness is gone. Some balsamic vinegar.
