Smoother than i recall. Not as sweet, even some acidic notes after, possibly from the roast. Still has a mild pleasant roasted coffee / cacao aftertaste. Well balanced.

Mmmm, fudgy espresso, not necessarily getting much maple, but the fudge and bourbon play *damn* good together.

The chocolate and coffee still stand out with no booze taste. It aged pretty well. Bottled 10/2/20.
