Solid coffee aroma. Flavor is a nice mixture of coffee and chocolate with a hint of vanilla. The bourbon flavor is there through the smooth finish. Cheers!

Good breakfast Stout. Really heavy on the coffee. No boozy finish despite being 12%. Bittersweet chocolate (perhaps raspberry) finish, followed by more coffee. Super expensive vs other comparable offerings.

Up to a year aged - a little lighter, easier drinking, some nutty notes, maybe a little whiskey notes

Smooth but not quite as rich and intense as years past. Coffee is mostly background though chocolate is prominent. Prominent vanilla and wood from the barrel. Sweet not sickly. Good but I miss the early editions of this beer.

From a couple nights back. I’ve had a few of these over the last couple months that I haven’t checked in. This one tasted great. Probably, because it was the last of my stash. 😩

Сравнений в лоб с версией 2016 г. не выдерживает никак. Будто разный рецепт. Да что там! Разные пивоварни!.. Кофейно и плоско.

Didn't enjoy this years as much, less coffee. (Could be my fault for being 5 months old) Is it the bottle? Or bc the Bruins suck? Oh well, great chat with Roland P.
