Espresso, kakao, lönnsirap och lite bourbon, snyggt uppradat i doften. Söt fyllig smak, med stakt kaffe och mörk choklad, lång lite kakaotorr och kaffebesk avslutning.

Medium mouthfeel. Nice balance of chocolate, maple sweetness and some BBA heat coupled with a tad of bitterness on the finish.

Still a nice beer after 3 years. Maple has fallen but the overall beer and barrel were very nice.
