Chocolate forward nose with chocolate with a coffee finish…still solid after 4 years of aging….

It’s perfect on an 18 degree day. The booziness punched you in the face, but it great the whole way through

After 4+ yrs is holding up decent, though should have opened it last year.

Very interesting. I can see what it probably used to be, but now it's a highly complex aged stout with those classic features. A bit sweet with perhaps some prune, a bit winey, and thoroughly delicious.

Mellowed by the aging. Some chocolate and maple notes. Very smooth.

Digging for treasures in the beer cellar. This semi-sweet beauty could probably be cellared for a century without going bad but now is the time to enjoy it. Love how the coffee cuts through the maple syrup and bourbon vanilla notes. Amazing beer!

Cellar beer! Mellowed pretty great. Heavy chocolate notes. Not too sweet. Nice barrel

5 Jahre im Keller genug!? Für mich (zu)viel Kohlensäure, kaffeebitter am Anfang, später etwas harmonischer kaffee-maple-sirup-artig, bleibt allerdings wenig süß, herb, leicht kräuterig... dann doch lieber die jugendliche Variante 🤷♂️
