Huge chocolate, subtle smooth barrel and maple sweeet finish. Body is solid too.

Dark roast coffee color; opaque. Sweet chocolatey nose. Thicc body. Delicious molasses flavor with hints of bourbon and oak. Slight hop on the finish.

Aging really well with a way better barrel/maple balance than it had fresh. There's still some nice maple, particularly late, and also a bit of dark chocolate. Any coffee has faded, but it still has a solid body with a creamy finish

Enjoying this with peanut butter brownies. Start the taste with sweet maple, but finishes with fantastic chocolate and coffee. Drank this in 2021.
