De maple is een tikkie minder geworden, maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Dit blijft een topper in zijn klasse. Chocolade, koffie, Bourbon en maple siroop; erg goed!

Haven't had a Stout beer in weeks so I'd better pick a good one. Tonight's movie is a re-watch of "Ghost World", one of the first big roles for Scarlett Johansson. One of her next movies was the amazing "Lost in Translation", one of my personal favourites

Hasn’t aged the best but I never expected it too. Hardly any maple but still loads of bourbon barrel goodness. What a treat to have 1L

Smooth, sweet, syrupy goodness. Lots of beers aspiring to this and falling short. Restraint is often the key.

Wat een smaaksensatie! Heerlijke BA Stout op Bourbonvaten. Zware chocolade en koffiebonen. Lekker stroperig en romige vanilletinten. Geef mij maar elke dag een Canadees ontbijtje.

Deep rich full Bodied stout. After two years in the cellar it is very much in its element. I enjoy it when the flavors work together. Maple, chocolate, Coffee, barrel, ABV all have mellowed and smoothed out Into an enjoyable stout. Worth the wait.

This surpasses the 2017 vintage at this point for me, due to a more expressive coffee note, that balances out the sweetness..

Dark and rich taste just like the colour. Expected a little more residual tingle from the bourbon, but in all great flavours and the maple is so subtle.
