Hard to pull the maple after the Mackinac. Sweeter but holding up better than our bottles did.

Didn't age super well. Interesting. Sweetness is all gone and it's almost a little tannic. Strong pink peppercorn aftertaste

Kaffet har fadeat utan att lämna efter sig någon grönpeppar. Choklad, rostat, lite kaffe, gräs. Mindre söt än jag minns den. Men kan vara att man blivit avtrubbad av modern pastry.

I would rarely ever want my own glass of this, and would certainly never want a second one, but this is a very sweet, very good beer.

Stronger, smoother and rounded coffee that dominates. Very little maple left. Still very enjoyable.
